    Scheduling your appointment

    1. Visit the booking platform.

    4. Confirm your appointment and get a confirmation email or text.

    Who can book online?

    Patients who have seen their SIU Center for Family Medicine provider in the last 3 years can book their primary care, follow-up and wellness visits online. 

    Note: Some visits, like prenatal care or workers’ compensation cases, still need to be scheduled by phone. Or, if you've recently made changes to your health insurance, please call 217-545-8000 to update your information.

    Can I book an appointment for a family member online?

    Yes, as long as they are an established patient, meaning they've seen their SIU Center for Family Medicine provider within the last three years.

    What if I don’t see the type of appointment I need?

    Certain appointment types like prenatal visits or visits related to a motor vehicle accident or worker's compensation may require a phone call. Contact us directly for help.

    Is online scheduling secure? 

    Yes, your privacy is important to us. We use secure systems to protect your personal and health information. 

    Do I need an account?

    No, all you'll need is the patient's name, birthday, address and contact details.

    Can I schedule same-day or urgent care appointments?

    Availability may vary. For urgent needs, please call the clinic directly or visit our Express Care location. In case of emergency, call 911.
