Neurologist Joins SIU Med School

Samantha Dial, MD

Southern Illinois University School of Medicine alumna Samantha Dial, MD, '11, has joined the faculty of her alma mater as an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology. She is also a member of SIU HealthCare, the School's group practice.

Before joining SIU, Dial completed a clinical neurophysiology fellowship and a neurology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine (2016, 2015). She earned a medical degree at SIU School of Medicine in 2011 after earning a bachelor's degree at Saint Louis University (2007).

Dial is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society and the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
