    About me

As a healthcare phenomenon, Tanya Rolfe is diligent in her healthcare practice and committed to her profession. She is an affiliate of the American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Phi Pi Chapter. Currently, she works at Signify Health as a Nurse Practitioner, she possesses extensive knowledge of comprehensive care services, regulations, philosophy, and clinical intervention.

With over ten years of healthcare experience ranging from behavioral/mental health to physical health, and even some time working with the alcohol/drug addiction population, Tanya has always used her knowledge and experience to promote self-care and the prevention of illness.

Although she is a client advocate ensuring proper treatment and intervention are provided to patients to promote healthy living, her passion has always been psychological health and wellness. Tanya has served the Medicaid and Medicare populations and has seen a need for effective care and treatment interventions in this community. Her focus has always been on underserved populations. With effective communication and her ability to develop professional relationships, Tanya continues to normalize health and mental wellness.

Tanya has previous experience working as a Unit Manager for nurse case managers in government programs with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Before getting her MSN and FNP, Tanya worked in behavioral and physical health with Molina and Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Systems. During this time, she collaborated with interdisciplinary professionals to establish, assist, and develop interventions and behavioral plans for patients. She provided education and worked with patient families on long-term goals for patients.

Tanya Rolfe was born and raised in Illinois. She is a strong professional leader that believes in purely doing good for others. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Millikin University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2020. She is currently a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. However, she continues to develop her skills and earn a Post-Master Certification in Psychology, to help build the gaps in care in the underserved population, where she will use her experience, education, and expertise to provide holistic high-quality care, advocate, and educate all demographic populations on physical and mental wellness.
