Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)
Overview
Eyelid lift or blepharoplasty is performed to improve a patient's visual fields by removing excess upper eyelid skin, elevating a patient's eyebrows and/or elevating the level of the upper eyelid. It will often be covered by insurance. Lower eyelid lift is sometimes required for treatment of malpositioned lower lid or is used to improve the contour of the lower lid.
