    Overview

    Neuromuscular disorders include many different syndromes and diseases that either directly or indirectly impair the function of the skeletal muscles, which directly control movement of the patient's limbs and body. Symptoms include weakness, stiffness or rigidity, loss of coordination or muscle control, and spasms.
