Thrombosis
Overview
Thrombosis is a condition in which a blood clot forms inside a vessel, restricting the flow of blood. Left untreated, these clots can lead to complete blockage, resulting in complete oxygen deprivation and tissue death. Thrombosis can be treated with medication or surgery.
