CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees are refundable, less a $35 processing fee, if requested prior to August 23. After August 23, only substitutions are allowed. (Advance notice of substitute attendee is appreciated.) Refunds are unable to be provided if a registrant wishes to switch from in-person attendance to virtual attendance.

Appropriate “webside” manner is one of the most important aspects for providers when conducting appointments via telehealth. However, just as equally important, is the engagement and behavior shown by the patient. You will view a video demonstration of inappropriate Telehealth etiquette, by both patient and provider, followed by a video demonstration displaying proper Telehealth visit etiquette.

National Telehealth Technology Assessment Center (TTAC)
The National Telehealth Technology Assessment Center (TTAC) is a grant funded Telehealth Resource Center focused on telehealth and telemedicine technology. In this presentation, TTAC will discuss trends in the telehealth technology marketspace. TTAC will share information on common telemedicine peripherals and technologies, as well as proving some guiding concepts for organizations and individuals looking to make technology decisions for their patients and programs.
