• Vacation / Sick Paid Time Off

Vacation accrual rates vary based on employment type and years of service. Paid sick time is accrued to be used for personal illness, doctor visits and for illness of immediate family members 

• Holidays

Employees receive 13 paid holidays per year in addition to accrued paid time off.

• Tuition Waiver / Tuition Reimbursement

Continue your graduate or undergraduate education with the help of tuition waivers or tuition reimbursement.

• Voluntary Pre-Tax Benefits (457 & 403b)

The School of Medicine offers 2 voluntary retirement accounts that employees can participate in if they choose. Employees can enroll, stop or change deductions at any time and it is just strictly your money that you’re investing towards retirement (no matching funds from the state or the university).
