To help support vaccination in our community, the SIU Center for Family Medicine and General Internal Medicine departments are working together to provide COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the following individuals: CHILDREN, 6 MONTHS – 4 YEARS OLD We will offer the Pfizer series, this is a three dose series. When you schedule the first dose, we will also schedule the rest of the doses. Colorectal at-home cancer screening kit distribution. Use our easy "drive-thru" to pick up your free colorectal screening kit. Enter the drive and stay in your vehicle. We will bring your kit to you. The kit contains instructions and supplies for participants to collect a stool sample. Return completed kits via a postage-paid envelope. Test results will be sent by mail in three to four weeks. *Kits will be available while supplies last and must be returned within 10 days of pickup.
